On behalf of our client, we are currently searching for an experienced claims supervisor/manager; the ideal candidate will be an experienced claims profession dedicated to learning and expanding his/her knowledge base.

Responsibilities include:

• Management of multi-line claims including but not limited to commercial property, casualty and liability claims.
• Effectively manage a large pending of files.
• File auditing.
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Managing internal and external relationships.
• Writing reports.
• Attend industry functions.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum seven years of commercial claims handling experience.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• The ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Must creative in approach to managing claims within specified guidelines.
• Prior experience marketing and developing relationships with vendors, brokers etc.
• Experience with contracts.
• Excellent time management skills are required to be successful in the role.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to perform in a highly structured and detail oriented environment.
• Strong general computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook.
