Job Description
Our client requires a commercial lines customer service representative with approximately 3-5 years experience. Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, assessing needs, recommending solutions and responding to inquiries.
Selling new policies, writing new business, retaining new business through new applications, quoting, reviewing renewals. Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy.
Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for new clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and processing renewals. Experience managing specialty programs, E&O etc.

Required Experience
| • | Minimum of 3-5 years experience. specialty lines an asset. |
| • | Strong customer focus. |
| • | Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully. |
| • | Strong analytical and organizational skills. |
| • | Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |

Educational Experience
| • | High School and or Post Secondary Education. |
| • | Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) License. |
