Preliminary Screening
Williams Alton Recruiting consultants initially contact prospective candidates by phone or e-mail and later conduct personal interviews with them. Williams Alton prepares a candidate profile consisting of a professional assessment of the experience, education and personal qualifications of the candidate to be presented to the Client.
Candidate Assessment
We conduct very thorough due diligence as we apply a fine-filter evaluation process that ensures that only the most qualified candidates are identified. This process includes a broad range of qualitative and quantitative screening criteria and structured behavioural interviews complete with transcripts to assess technical abilities, personality, client culture fit and other key assessment metrics.
Candidate Presentation
Before we present qualified candidates to a prospective client, a thorough review of detailed candidate profiles is conducted. We advise our client in detail regarding the potential fit of each candidate and will work with our client to arrive at a short-list of candidates. To maximize the effectiveness of candidate interviews we assist with negotiations and logistics issues ensuring that the expectations and the parameters (compensation package, flexible scheduling, responsibilities, location, etc.) of the potential opportunity are clearly understood.
Candidate Placement
Our industry-leading comprehensive background checks and detailed 360-degree reference checks are conducted as part of the employment offer process. We work with the candidate to ensure the satisfaction of requirements and expectations for the finalization of an employment offer.
Placement Follow-up
As part of our Service Level Management program we remain in contact with both client and placed candidate to determine levels of satisfaction and the overall fit of the placement.
