The hiring of contract staff is an effective solution to parental leave, employee holidays or leaves of absence. Staff can be hired on a temporary basis, from one to thirty days or on a long-term contract, ranging from one to twelve months, or beyond.
Available staff includes, junior clerks to executive assistants, licensed customer service representatives, multi-line adjusters, loss prevention analysts and underwriters. Contract placements are billed on an hourly or monthly basis and the rates are commensurate with the expertise of the contract staff. Our clients have the option of placing the candidate on Williams Alton payroll or placing the candidate directly on the client’s payroll.
Williams Alton assumes the responsibility for:
