Williams Alton interview format varies depending on the candidate being interviewed and the career level of the candidate. Executive candidates are interviewed more so on their accomplishments, management style and their contribution to the success of their particular organization.
Our interview style is both behavioural and technical based, the formal and informal flow of the interview grants the candidate(s) the opportunity to be open and communicative.
As a general rule we keep abreast of current news in the insurance industry through The Canadian Underwriter, Thompson’s World Insurance News and discussions with our clients. We meet with our clients regularly to maintain a thorough understanding of their needs and corporate culture, which in turn assists us in attracting the right talent for the each client. We also review the longevity of placements made throughout the year, to ensure that we are making effective placements.
